Town of Hilton Head Island Beach Rules:

• No alcoholic beverages
  
  
• No motorized vehicles
  
  
• No launching or landing of jet skis or boats
  
  
• No stunt kites or sand sailing 10 am- 6 pm (4/1-9/30)
  
  
• No glassware
  
  
• No sleeping on the beach after midnight
  
  
• No fireworks
  
  
• No indecent exposure
  
  
• No disturbing the peace
  
  
• No unauthorized wearing of lifeguard insignia, emblems, etc.
  
  
• No littering
  
  
• No soliciting or commercial activity
