The charm of this home was evident from the time we turned onto Mallard Street and pulled into the driveway. The live oak tree draped in Spanish moss hung over the drive and others created a beautiful archway over Mallard Street as you looked less than a block away toward the path leading to the beach.
The interior of the home definitely gives off the Coastal vibe and has all the comforts of home. The open main living area is perfect for entertaining or curling up on the sectional to watch the large screen TV. Each of the 4 bedrooms has a bathroom available with step in showers.
The pool and spa area is in an area that will be partially shaded for the warmer months yet catches some sun for those cooler days. Relaxing in the evening in the spa after a day on the beach is a wonderful experience. Speaking of the beach it is a breathtaking vista during either high or low tide. We were able to enjoy the viewing of dolphins just off the beach beyond the curl of the waves.
The location of this property is situated so it is possible to walk or ride your bikes to Coligny Plaza, an area full of shops, restaurants and places for those in search of a cold beverage. Almost anything you want to do on the island is accessible by car within a 15 minute drive.
The management company was readily available and very responsive to the few issues we had arise. My only suggestion would be to improve communication on actions being taken to remedy issues that come up.
The only problem with our stay was having to leave after enjoying this beautiful home for the prior month.

Unfortunately, with third party vendors, we are not always given timeframes when they are adding something to their schedule, so it can make it difficult to keep our guests updated on when someone will be there. The home really is in a great location for a quiet walk on the beach or when you're ready to eat out or go shopping! It was great working with you. Selena

Good spot for family. private pool which is shaded in afternoons. very short distance to beach. easy walk to the shops and restaurants. interior is updated and off street parking. would recommend a stay here
