Fabulous home! Excellent location! It was great being the end house on the street which opened up even more beautiful views. We loved the house! Looking forward to renting it again.

Thank you for your review! We're so glad you were happy with the home during the month you stayed. We hope to see you again next year!

The toaster is old, the first floor master shower head could use an upgrade to increase the water pressure and the 3rd floor bidet needs a new areator to function. Other than that it was great, new paint and touch ups were done well.

The house is beautiful, excellent location, great amenities. The views are spectacular from almost every room. We have rented this same property for the last 5/6 years are we’re very disappointed it would not be available to us for next year.

Stunning home that is welcoming & comfortable. The moment you open the door & step in, you breathe & relax. Ocean views throughout & bright & sunny. Happy to cook in the spacious kitchen. Pool terrific & private. Kids love the ice machine in the sunken bar area. Crane at Sea Turtle management is always professional & takes care of your stay to make sure all goes well. She is FABULOUS!!

Great location, great property, Sea Turtles is enjoyable to work with.
Kitchen needs sharper knives. Pool area did not receive the weekly touch up work while we were there.
Bidet still not working properly, a waste of great luxury item.
Several light bulbs burned out, we changed a few that were important.
Elevator out of service for a few days, that hurts during the unloading phase of arrival, but fixed by Tues and loading to leave was made easier. They were waiting on a part to arrive rush order.

This is the second time we have rented this property. The location, pool, and beachfront access make it the perfect option. A pool table was added since our last stay and the family gathered to play, chat and enjoy the sunken bar area. The elevator makes loading and unloading a breeze. There is a Keurig tucked away in the pantry so you don't need to bring your own.

As always, the Sea Turtles team was stellar. And the house is magnificent ... stunningly decorated with beautiful interior, ice machine in sunken bar, pool table, wifi, excellent smart TVs for the rainy days ... and steps from the ocean. This is my family’s happy place.

Our first time visiting the island in the Winter months but we were pleasantly surprised. This was our second stay at 16 Collier Beach and we were not disappointed. The location is fantastic and we felt the beach was our own private oasis. We spent time on every terrace throughout our stay. The house lacked nothing. The week before we arrived the owners had some painting done and the contractor could have done a better job of cleaning up the drywall dust in one bedroom but not a big deal at all. Selena at Sea Turtle was great and seemed eager to help in anyway possible. We will stay at this location with friends and family. Highly recommend!

We had an absolute blast! The weather was perfect, but the house put it over the top. It's location beats anything on the street. We felt like we almost had a private beach. The pool being in and out of the shade during the day made it a pleasure at all times. We enjoyed all the common areas, but the space made it where we could spread out as needed. Our only issue is we have bragged about it so much that other families want to join us - can you add 2 more rooms?

We had a very positive experience at 16 Collier Beach. It’s a beautiful home with fantastic views in a great location. Sea Turtle Getaways did an excellent job as the property manager, keeping in regular touch to let us know how to enter and exit the property efficiently.

Beautiful house and location. A few of the bathrooms had not been cleaned. Trash on ground and old soap in showers. Not a huge deal, but it did require us wiping down and cleaning a couple of the rooms. The house was incredible.

Fantastic, we love the house and especially the location. Looking forward to 2019 and beyond.

Four generations spent a week together at the beach and despite many storms, we had a great time!
With small children, the large well appointed kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals and eating in. The flow of this house worked well for us, although having nearly white chairs in the dining area, probably should have been re-thought.
We didn't get to use the sunken bar on the main level much, but it was great to have a place to stash water bottles and things we might want or need without having to hike up to the kitchen.
Due to the weather, we didn't get a chance to use the pool much, but it's great that the house shades the pool making it a great place to escape the heat and the sun!
We were delayed in getting into the house as the cleaning crew must have had their work cut out for them, but it was clean once we got in. The HVAC folks were also in to change filters and the crib rental people came by to pick up the previous renters crib...kind of like grand central station in the beginning. Due to the storms, about a foot of water was blown out of the pool, but a call to the property management got a pool professional readily dispatched to assess and solve the problem and clean debris from the pool.
We've stayed in several houses on this stretch of beach and we return because we love the area! The beach is less congested, its close to several grocery stores and walking in the area is great!

We had a large family vacation here and 16 Collier Beach provided all we needed to make it a great one.

We go to Hilton Head once a year for 10 days. We are always looking for the perfect home on the beach. This oceanfront front home was perfect. Great appointments, comfortable suites, good location, fantastic kitchen and dining area and a very cozy living room. This home has all you need. One downside, the pool is on the lower level and doesn't get much sun. Other than that, no real complaints.

This is the most complete and perfect vacation week that we have ever experienced, mostly due to this magnificent property. Its location on the end of a row of homes gave us a wide view of Hilton Head Beach, which was awesome in itself. The home was huge with large, beautiful bedrooms with private baths, a master that will blow your socks off and two large gathering areas inside that are very accommodating. The lower level has a built in bar that we really enjoyed! It has a beautiful large pool that becomes shaded around 2-3 in the afternoon and large balconies that can hold a crowd. Below is a large garage for storage of toys or your car. The kitchen is huge and very useful and stocked with everything you need...we cooked all meals in this has a private walkway to the beach that is somewhat secluded. You could see the crowds but they were not in front of us. We placed a couple of calls to the rental agency and found them to be very responsive and helpful. This is not a new home but it has been well maintained and updated. I's sure it gets it share of wear and tear but they seem to stay on top of it. Like I said, I don't know how a home, the location and the service could be more perfect. I highly recommend this to anyone but be forewarned, it will spoil you!

Family vacation during the tropical storm. Never lost power and place was perfect. Will book it again.

Very good, just like last year.
Needs:
3rd floor Master Bath, BIDET, need to fix it to get pressure up so it works, that is a great luxury item, it should be able to be used!
New Knives, not a sharp one in the draws, same as last year.
Toaster, only 1 side of the 4 slice toaster works, the other side you must hold it down the whole time to get it to work, that was the same thing as last year.
2nd floor family room, get rid of the glass top coffee table, a risk for kids, and it is really not needed.
Front door, we had trouble with the key not working, I would suggest coded lock, much easier for everyone and more convenient for the guest rather than dropping off and picking up keys.
That's it, love the place.

This was our 4th year in this beautiful house on a beautiful stretch of beach. Working with the great people at Sea Turtle makes it so easy. They are polite, helpful and responsive. I have and will continue to recommend HH and Sea Turtle to family and friends. We are looking forward to coming back in 2017.

Crane is always so professional & kind ... she makes us feel like family. The house is welcoming & beautiful ... a new billiard table this year that the kids ... and adults ... enjoyed playing. It is our beach respite ... our annual family time to recharge & enjoy each other. All good things are at this place.
- Julie C. from New York, Posted: 07/12/2018
We loved the quiet, right on the beach location. We sat out on the deck many days and enjoyed listening to th ocean and watching our kids on the beach. The house is older and needs both an update and better upkeep. The garbage disposal wasn’t working (which was replaced while we were there), cabinet handles were loose, and other finishes looked aged. Management was very responsive to our needs. Lots of bedrooms but not a single one had two twins, doubles or queen beds. Teen boys don’t like sleeping on the same bed, esp a queen size!
- Young C. from Ashburn, Posted: 04/16/2018
Beautiful home but not fully clean. Lots of dust and finger prints. Windows were not clean. Location is fantastic and the views are awesome.
- Anonymous from Blacklick, Posted: 05/20/2021
Crane always makes our family feel welcome and well taken care of as we have only one week with all of us together. This home has every amenity -- the kids really like the ice machine! Beautiful views, steps to the beach, comfy beds, gourmet kitchen (room for all of us to cook together) ... it is heavenly in every way. We have already booked for next year!

The days of Singleton Beach being a private oceanfront community are over. We have stayed at 6 of these homes on Collier Beach Rd/Singleton Place and always found them to be very quiet and private. We arrived Saturday evening, woke Sunday to a scene that looked like Ocean City. There were numerous tents, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels etc in front of our home. I have never seen anything like it. To the left of this home is a public beach access that apparently has some kind of service that brings people, families and their beach accessories to the beach. We watched these trams and golf cart services carrying sometimes as many as 10 people on one cart go back and forth all day dropping people off and picking them back up. Needless to say, having stayed on this street previously and returning each year to the privacy and roominess of this beach, it came as a shock to find no where to put our 7 chairs and play beach games like we had in previous years in front of our house. This year, we set our alarm for 7am to put our stuff out to guarantee our spot. It’s disappointing cause this really used to be a great location. For the price these homes command, it’s not worth it. We won’t be returning next year.

It was our 2nd time staying at 16 Collier. The home is gorgeous beyond description. Only problem I had is that the pool is completely in the shade by noon. Being that we were there in mid-October, didn't have a lot of pool time. Other than that, not a thing wrong with the place,

Our vacation home was fabulous, plenty of space, just a minute’s walk to the beach, multiple dishwashers, beverage fridges, washers and dryers and more! We had one issue with a dishwasher which was corrected promptly. Couldn’t want for more.

Positives:
This is a great home with a superb location. The pool on the side of the house provides shade from around 1:30pm on which was a nice break from the sunny beach. The balconies were a great spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. Being able to park in the garage was a nice change from some other rental houses.
Negatives:
1. The floor was sticky in spots which is gross. The cleaning staff definitely needs to spend more time mopping the floors.
2. I have never stayed at a rental house that provided so few towels and washcloths. We had to request more and, to their credit, they were delivered to the house promptly.
3. The main fridge ice maker and water dispenser did not work. Every time you open the freezer to grab ice from the broken ice-dispenser bucket it releases a few cubes onto the floor which you then had to pick up.
4. The stove griddle didn't work.
5. The pool's middle waterfall feature did not work.
I hope management addresses the negatives for future guests.
Conclusion:
Despite the negatives, I would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic week.

Extremely pleased with the rental and location.
Drastic improvement from the rental we had last year with another company.
Suggestions: coded door entry. They keys are more of a concern and headache. Esp with having to stop at the office to get them.
Fridge was leaking, on occasion, but that might have been from running as it was filled. Best to check that to prevent lower floor damage. No pressure in 3rd floor Bidet. Does not do its job without pressure. Kitchen sink Fawcett not user friendly. More labels on the light switches. Glass coffee table 2nd floor not secure top, not good for kids. A few bathroom lights not bright enough.
Need some sharper knives.
Overall still fantastic, just looking for perfection.
