A wonderful location for the Heritage week that is convenient to the course, the parking, the bus transport, shops and restaurants.

Size and layout of the unit is great. Furnishing are dated and too large for the space. The unit had a musty smell that would not go away. I'm certain that the old cushions, carpets and stair runners contributed to this problem. Air freshener and dehumidifier tubs did not help. This problem would have to be rectified before we would consider renting the unit again.

We had great fun and loved having the green space access right out the back door for our little ones.

In checking that I would recommend the unit to a friend, it is a Yes-but (the musty smell must be fixed.

Owned that villa got 24 years. Most beautiful view on the towel or soap in half bath on first floor. Mirrored wall needs cleaning. Otherwise perfect. Suggest more wash rags for each bathroom.

What a great condo. Very spacious and right in the heart of Harbourtown. View was fantastic and just minutes from the Sea Pines golf courses we were playing. Clean, well appointed and really a great experience from check in to check out for our group.

We have been coming to Hilton head and renting homes for the past six years, twice a year. This was our first time staying at this lovely townhome. Cleanliness and location get the highest score possible. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. My plan is to try and stay here again in spring 23 if possible...

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law, and grandchildren had a wonderful stay at Schooner court. The location was absolutely perfect. We were right in the middle of all the harbour town action and could walk to restaurants, shops, and entertainment however the home was quiet and peaceful. The view from the back windows and patio was incredible and so relaxing. The adults loved sitting out there and enjoying a glass of wine and the children had a ball running on the beautiful grassy area and climbing the big old oak tree. The pool was great as was the beach club however we preferred to drive the short distance to Coligny beach. The house was perfect. Plenty of room and privacy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen wtas well stocked and we had plenty of linens. The washer and drier were great! A few minor issues which I reported to management company and they offered to immediately take care of but there was no need. I just wanted to make them aware. It was a perfect vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My family had a wonderful time in this premier location. The view of the sound offers peace, serenity and glorious sunsets. Whatever your interets - tennis, golf, reading, gazing, biking, swimming, fishing or boating, you won't find a better location than right here. Clean, well appointed and Sea Turtle's Great Customer Service makes our stay consistently awesome. Thanks Merle and team and to the owners we've never met.

The location was extremely convenient. Harbor Town was on one side and gorgeous views of the sound on the other. Fun to watch the porpoise. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Plenty of room and privacy.We would definitely stay here again.

Mixed Review - Perfect Location! Fair value. Would suggest future potential renters ask agent if following has been fixed.
Unit was NOT well cleaned and agent apparently does not have quality control over cleaners and does not inspect to make sure all is as it should be.
Iron was missing. Agent said go buy one, which is exactly how we wanted to spend our time. Garbage area smelled of rotted fish, no-one checked. Garbage was not picked up until we left, but agent said "at least twice a week. During heavy rain, back slider door leaked. Towels were threadbare.

Sounds like we are complainers, but not so. We had a great family vacation with an excellent location for the kids. With more attention to the "little" things, this place would be perfect.

Great vacation, wonderful condo, we love the location and the updates they have done inside, looking at the dolphins play every morning starts your day out wonderful each day! We have been staying at this condo for years and we think its the best on the island

This is the perfect location for sunsets and dolphin watching:) we loved it! It is dated, but it was clean! This rentalndoes not come with bikes so just be prepared to rent your own or bring your own!

704 Schooner, love this area!! The condo was very nice and the company was so helpful. Two problems one the slider out to the patio was very hard to open and water pressure is weak.
Would totally recommend the property and the company��

The property was in the perfect location and everything looked very true to the pictures shown online. We would definitely rent here again. The one and only issue was the A/C in the 2nd floor master bedroom was very poor (all other rooms worked perfectly). A fan was dropped off to on the first night to help cool the room.

We had a wonderful family vacation with our children and grandchildren. The home is set up beautifully and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. What a perfect location too. We could walk to all the Harbour Town activities. Overall great stay. The only negative really was that the house wasn’t really clean. There was some hair in the shower and some bathroom sink areas and it was obvious that the cleaning crew didn’t really clean or look under the beds. We realize the rental company can’t inspect every single place. If I knew the cleaning service company name I would review them on their own page. Rental company was wonderful and very responsive to anything we needed.

This was our third year at 704 Schooner Court and we loved it. We trailored our center console fishing boat and kept it docked in harbor town. The fishing at the Tower and Betsy Ross was off the hook. The view of Calibogue sound from the condo is soooooo beautiful and relaxing. The condo was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Sea Turtle was very responsive to any needs. Hope to go back next year.

Beautiful Hilton Head; where the weather is perfect, the birds sing every morning, sky's are usually blue, air fresh, bike/walking trails are plenty, a wide variety of grocery/small shops/malls/restaurants.
Sea Turtle Getaways is the BEST! Very accommodating, hard working, responsive, and friendly. The location of the Villa is very nice, directly across from the shops in Harbor Town and the back yard opens to the sound. Great views of boats, dolphins, birds, ships, wind sails, etc.

New colors are hideous. Can’t believe they were approved. Looks like key west or poverty section somewhere. Cheapens entire area. Inside great. Glass doors dirty and outside table I cleaned it. Back door hard to lock and unlock

This villa is ideally located; directly across the street from the Harbor Town shops and marina; with the Calibogue sound as your back yard. One of the many bike trails is also right across the street as well as a large playscape should you have children/grandchildren. Plenty of room, comfortable furniture, great sleeping (very quiet); watching dolphins, boats, birds on the Sound would by itself make this a great vacation spot. However, Sea Turtle Management is exceptional. The slightest issue was responded to immediately which made us feel very special. It's not always that you can first, reach your management company and second, get an immediate response. Great people to work with! This is our third year here at this Villa, and I think about 5 or 6 years renting thru Sea Turtle Management at one of the many other Villas they manage. I wouldn't chose anyone else to rent from.

My family and I all - absolutely loved! - this location!!! The property was clean and well taken care of. Simply outdated but that did not bother us at all. The views out the windows are spectacular!!! and we were close to everything.

We had a lovely time in the best location and the description you gave was accurate except for the
cleanliness upon arrival. We had to call to have
the floors done. The couple that came was very nice. The place was well done (somewhat outdated
The owner did provide service however, the repairman did not come as he told you. We were
there the whole morning and he did not come nor
did he fix the washing machine. We want you to know this info so that you won't be charged for
work not done.
We were very surprised and thankful for the financial remunaration for the time and money spent
at the laundrymat.
