This particular condo was nice, but needed a couple of things. The showers were not scrubbed. I used Clorox wipes to clean the floors of the showers. The pizza cutter was rusted and did not roll/work. Otherwise, it was very nice.

Spectacular Vacation Spot!
Shorewood is an amazing place to stay! Right on the beach, awesome pool, clean, quiet, close to shops, sidewalk right out front. The living room and dining was comfy with room for everyone to sit, patio furniture was great! Hassle being on the 3rd floor but close to elevator and trade off is the view! Little view of the ocean but enough to see if it’s crowded or check tides. Well stocked kitchen with counter space. We didn’t really know what to do with your beach cart. Some units have a storage space. Internet didn’t work that well, especially in the bedroom. Bring your own movies, games, and books. Washing machine is loud so we just started it and left. Everything was clean and lots of hooks and towel racks. Bring your own beach toys and chairs. Best not the most comfy but they worked well.

We are typically an OBX family but decided to switch things up a bit this year and head to HH for a beach vaca. Overall, we were very pleased with both the location of the condo as well as the overall layout and cleanliness.

Unit is nice, condo has nice security in place. Beach access is great! Very walkable location.
Few negatives.
The bed in the master is awful! Definitely needs to be replaced...both the mattress and bed frame.
Nice LVT flooring...however there is no broom and the vacuum is for carpet, a stick vacuum for hard floors would be so much better.

Our rental experience was good. The only problem we had was the floors were never cleaned or vacuumed. We had to vacuum when we got into our unit it was full of dust and sand.

This rental is great. We loved all the windows. The master bedroom is great because it is away from the living room and makes it nice when one person sleeps later. This kitchen is just enough for someone on vacation. Very safe and the grounds are well taken care of. Location is perfect!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Shorewood 339. Nice updated decor! Great local.However, bathrooms and floors were very dusty and dirty. Not cleaned well at all before we arrived; bathroom smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty mop. Master has bed very hard mattress. Need robe hooks.

Great location, nice Unit and well stocked but the living room furniture is getting a little tired. Pool was great but could turn the heat up a few degrees(always on the cool side).

Conveniently located. Very short walk to the beach and pool.
Clean and comfortable. The elevator was wonderful for luggage, groceries and my elderly parents.
My only complaint would be the beds. Mattresses were a little uncomfortable but that could be a matter of opinion.

Everything advertised was exactly as it was stated. from Renee in the office to the phone receptionist everyone knew who I was by first name every time that I called. We had a late night check in and it was absolutely seamless. I highly recommend this company instead of doing it on your own.

We had a great visit July of 2020. We didn’t stay in our usual unit at Shorewood. The condo was listed as having a stocked kitchen. I would say it was far from stocked. Not a deal breaker, but I would need to bring a few things if I were to stay there again. The floors needed a good scrubbing. You could tell they had been vacuumed, but there was tons of sand on the floors. Other than that the unit was clean. The Shorewood complex was wonderful as usual! We love the pool and short walk to the beach. Sea Turtles was amazing with communication in regards to the covid situation and kept us up to date. It was a wonderful trip as usual!

We enjoyed our stay at Shorewood, the condo and facilities were great. We enjoyed having access to the pool and beach. The furniture was very comfortable compared to other places we have stayed. The only negatives are if you plan on cooking, the kitchen could be stocked a little better but we just cooked breakfast and it was sufficient. The condo was fairly clean but could use a good wipe down, light fixtures and baseboards were extremely dusty. I understand that during these times with COVID housekeeping is probably stretched thin due to lack of staffing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was always around with a smile on his face making sure everyone had a nice stay.

We had a 2 bedroom condo at Shorewood at N Forest beach.
It was clean and well supplied. We had an issue logging on to the internet. Within one hour Sea Turtles Getaways sent a very nice young man who fixed the problem. Can’t get better service than that! Will use this company again.

The number one reason for staying here was the location/proximity to the beach. This did not disappoint. It's a beautiful location with easy access to the beach as well a short bike ride to shops at Coligny Square and grocery stores. While I would recommend some paint to freshen up the walls and an upgrade of the twin mattresses in the guest room, overall the condo met expectations. It was spacious with a stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for meals in.

Wonderful experience. Unit was very roomy. Parking was abundant. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful pool area and really nice hot tub. Added bonus - other people staying at Shorewood are very friendly and talkative! Would love to go back next year!

Had a great time staying at shorewood 339! Very clean, recently updated. Love the large space and windows for all the natural light. Easy access to pool and beach. Parking was never an issue. Also, never had to wait for elevator. Will defiantly stay here again!

Place is adorable and spacious. Check-in was super easy. Access to beach is easy and pool and hot tub were wonderful. Overall beautifully maintained property and location was great! You just barely peek at the beach/ocean from the balcony, but we were only there in the evenings (out exploring all day), so we really weren't looking to pay for a beachfront property, so it was great! The balcony is reasonably private - I never felt like I was on display like you do in some condos. The master bathroom needs some minor repair from water damage outside the shower, but didn't affect our stay. Really nice that they provide some folding beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. Parking was easy. Overall, loved it and would definitely stay again!

The unit was fine. It could use better pots and pans and silverware, no teaspoons. Folding luggage racks would be nice as there was no place for luggage except the floor and limited storage in the twin room.

Condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location short 7 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Condo didn't provide beach towels. When you fly you can't fit them in suitcase. Had to buy beach towels and a carry on bag to take them home.

We loved the location - walking distance to Coligny Plaza and lots of good restaurants! The ice machine was broken, a stool was broken and the elevator was broken upon our arrival (elevator fixed a couple days into our stay), but other than that it was great! A little sliver of beach view, but the size of the unit was great; even having 3 kids running around!

Our 3rd year staying at the Shorewood and we couldn’t be more happier!! The weather was fantastic and our stay was excellent!! The accommodations as always were amazing and up to par!! We enjoyed every minute of our trip and as usual hated to leave!! Naturally we will be back again next year!!!
